What if I don't have the equipment that is required?
If you are willing to obtain the equipment necessary to join On Queues Solution, please email us after you've filled out the contact form.
There are plenty of affordable options we can suggest, as well as a financing opportunity if you qualify.
A PC scan will run while registering to ensure you meet system requirements.
Is there any cost for start-up?
Yes. You will be responsible for the cost of your background check.
Cost:
Background check: $30 one-time fee (paid to third-party vendor)
Why do you need a background check? The clients must verify that all contractors meet basic standards, as you will handle sensitive customer data.
Refundable Class Confirmation Deposit.
This deposit will be returned/refunded to you (to the original form of payment) when you attend the entire first day of class.
Will I be responsible for my own Taxes?
Yes. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, no taxes are withheld.
It is best to consult a tax professional for guidance.
Is Training Paid?
Yes!
Classes can be between 4-6 weeks long.
Most opportunities have training sessions in the morning, afternoon, or evening.
Attendance is required.
How will I get paid?
You will be paid twice a month via direct deposit only.
Are there any fees?
Yes.
Fees:
Arise Platform usage Fee: 5% (per invoice cycle)
On Queues Solution Administration Fee: $50 (per invoice cycle)
*Fees are deducted from the invoice when you are paid; there are absolutely no fees due out of pocket before you are working and getting paid.
